We want Kinspire to be a safe place for creativity, family collaboration, learning, and active fun. Help us build this multigenerational community. Post only your own content and always follow the law. Communicate respectfully, and don’t share anything inappropriate for children. Violators will be dealt with immediately and seriously.
Kinspire is a place for a diverse community of families. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone.
Share only photos and videos that you’ve taken or have the right to share.
You own the content you post on Kinspire. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to post.
Share only photos and videos that are appropriate for children and a family audience of all ages.
For safety reasons, we don’t allow nudity. Acceptable forms of unclothed or semi-clothed bodies may include babies in diapers and children in swimsuits. We reserve the right to remove images that we deem inappropriate or potentially dangerous for you or other users. Even when such content is shared with good intentions, it could be used by others in ways you haven’t anticipated. We do not allow depictions or descriptions of violence, sexual innuendo, sexual activity, lewd or potentially offensive behavior, or content of any kind that is inappropriate for children. We have zero tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual or violent content of any kind.
Kinspire is a public space.
Don’t share anything you wouldn’t post publicly.
Kinspire is a place for families and creators to share real projects and advice. Kinspire is not a place for made-up personas. Help us stay spam-free: participate authentically. Don’t artificially collect likes, followers, or shares. Don’t post repetitive comments or content, or contact people for business purposes without consent. Don’t pay (in money or in goods or services) for likes, followers, comments, or engagement. Don’t post content that in any way traffics in fake and/or misleading information. We don’t require you to use your real name on Kinspire, but we do require you to provide us with accurate and current information. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not create accounts for the purpose of violating Kinspire’s guidelines or misleading people.
Use friendly, non-exclusionary language and images. The Kinspire community encompasses people of all income levels, family structures, races, genders, and generations. Recognize that not all families look, dress, speak, act, or play like yours, and that this diversity is to be encouraged and celebrated.
Follow the law.
Kinspire prohibits the posting of any content that is illegal or encourages or advocates illegal activity or the discussion of illegal activities with the intent to commit them, including a submission that is, or represents an attempt to engage in, child pornography, stalking, sexual assault, fraud, trafficking in obscene or stolen material, drug dealing and/or drug abuse, harassment, theft, or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity.
Kinspire is not a place for news, for violent or graphic images of any kind, or for words that could harm others. We will remove content that violates these guidelines.
If you see something that may violate Kinspire’s guidelines, please use our built-in reporting option. We may remove images and text that violate our guidelines.
If you see content you don’t care for, but which doesn’t violate our Community Guidelines, you can hide a post or block the person who posted it.
Misunderstandings and disputes may be able to be resolved directly between community members. If someone else posted one of your photos or videos, try commenting on their post and asking them to take it down. If that doesn’t work, you can file a copyright report at email@example.com. If you believe that someone is violating a trademark you own, you can file a trademark report at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not target the person who posted it by posting screenshots and drawing attention to the situation; such behavior may be classified as harassment.
We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe there is a risk of physical harm or a threat to public safety.
Thank you for helping us create a thriving, joyful, multigenerational community engaged in active play.
